My Review

It took me a while to read this book because I was drawing it out for as long as possible. I didn’t want it to end! I am so excited for the sequel.

Who the hell would want to be Eve! The only female born in fifty years, so yep the fate of the world’s population is on your shoulders. She is well looked after, but it is only because they need her body, not because they are particularly concerned for her welfare. She has limited contact with people and she only sees a filtered image of the outside world. Sucks to be Eve.

But the story is amazing, so many twist and turns. The deception is so well thought out and evil. Bram on the other hand is brilliant, he and “Holly” really love and support Eve.

It is going to be so interesting to see where this series goes because it isn’t an easy fix scenario. For the fate of the world Eve does need to procreate and as the only young female around she would be in a very dangerous position. To sum it up in two words, enthralling perfection.

Overall Rating:  5/5 teacups
